1Definitions & Introduction

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on the kkfbn platform are currently supported via the following mobile banking methods:

• Nagad — The digital financial service of the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Transactions below this amount cannot be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests on kkfbn are generally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required in some cases due to account verification, security review, or other reasons.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kkfbn offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• ৳1,000 deposit bonus = ৳1,200 → total balance ৳2,200
• ৳26,000 deposit bonus = ৳15,000 (maximum limit) → total balance ৳41,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. This applies to the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Only one welcome bonus is available per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting the bonus terms.
• If an account is closed before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonuses may only be used in your own account — they are non-transferable.
• kkfbn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Players can progress to higher tiers through active participation. kkfbn reserves the right to change the terms or benefits of VIP membership.

6Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Technical Errors
